Greenway Trails The Nocatee Greenway consists of protected wildlife corridors, wetlands preserves, and connected parks. The more than 5,000 acres of Greenway Trails are designed for enjoyment by folks of all ages and abilities. Follow the fitness trails map to the best spot for biking, jogging, walking, or riding an electric cart to your favorite destinations in Nocatee. Along the way, marked overlooks will provide a spot to rest and take in the beautiful views.

Nocatee Kayak & Paddle Sports Launch Nocatee’s world-class amenities include the Kayak Launch. The Launch is located at the foot of the Nocatee Parkway, sitting west of the Intracoastal Waterway. Included on-site parking makes it convenient for residents and locals to launch their non-motorized water sports equipment.

Nocatee Landing Nocatee’s newest amenity is located at the beginning of the southern trailhead of Nocatee’s Preserve and sits next to the Tolomato River (Intracoastal West). The Nocatee Landing gives residents access to one of the most breath-taking vistas in the area. You will find the Nocatee Landing’s open-air pavilion offers exceptional views of the river.

Eco-Friendly Transportation Nocatee is Northeast Florida”s premier Electric Vehicle (EV) Approved community. It provides residents with alternative transportation from anywhere inside the community. The electric cart paths connect various neighborhood villages with the Town Center and, these trails join Nocatee’s neighborhoods to various parks and play areas.
